ConnectionString Notes

When using POST /v2/document, template ConnectionString values can reference different sources:

• Hosted template file URL (for example HTTPS/S3)
• Manager-cached template on the RESTful Engine: file://resources/{template-name}
• Base64 template data in Data instead of ConnectionString
