TLS

A common issue run into is a mismatch in TLS versions. This is usually caused by disabling TLS version 1.0 on your machine. Fluent supports TLS versions 1.0-1.2 so if running into a version issue, running the following registry script will remedy issues using newer versions of TLS configured by the OS.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v2.0.50727]
"SystemDefaultTlsVersions"=dword:00000001
"SchUseStrongCrypto"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319]

"SchUseStrongCrypto"=dword:00000001
